These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the J and A Automotive website and the auto repair services we provide. By using our website or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.
Estimates & Authorization
Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if additional issues are found during inspection. We will obtain your authorization before performing work beyond an approved estimate.
Appointments & Scheduling
Requests submitted through our scheduling and contact forms are appointment requests; an appointment is confirmed only when we respond to you directly.
Warranty
Eligible repairs are backed by our warranty as described at the time of service. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs by others.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles may be subject to a mechanic’s lien for unpaid balances as permitted by Illinois law.
